CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is a food distribution system that enables food lovers to support local agriculture, connect with local farmers, invest in the environment and guarantee themselves a share of fresh, healthy local produce at a fair price.

Your Home Farm CSA 2022 membership includes:

22 weeks of local Harvest Boxes filled with seasonal and organically grown produce from Home Farm Gardens. Harvest Boxes to be picked up weekly at the Bowen Island Farmers Market at BICS on Saturdays between 10am-12pm. May 14 - October 8, 2022.

We have 2 options for Harvest Boxes this season:

Option 1 - Produce Only $880

Option 2 - Produce plus Eggs (1 doz/week) $1000

Q&A

How much produce is in a Harvest Box?

A typical box will supply a couple or a family of 4 vegetable lovers for the week. Depending on the season, there is more or less choice and diversity throughout your membership ie. you can expect more early greens in the early spring, more root vegetables in the fall, and more diversity in the height of the growing season. The Harvest Box supplements your grocery shopping, but doesn't replace it.

Where do I pick up my Harvest Box?

Your pick-up point is the Bowen Island Farmers Market every Saturday from May 14 - October 8, 2022 from 10am-12pm.

What if I go on holidays?

You are welcome to send a friend to pick up your Harvest Box, or let us know in advance and we will happily donate your share to a family in need. There is no discount or refund for boxes that aren't claimed or picked up.
